PICO :: Personal Intercultural Change Orientation

Welcome to the PICO profiler validation survey.

This survey helps us make sure that the test items for the PICO profiler are statistically valid.

How it works: The PICO instrument has words belonging to eight possible categories. You will be asked to choose which category you think each word item belongs to*. When you start the survey, take a few minutes to get familiar with the eight categories. If you are not sure which category an item fits best, choose "I don´t know". There are no correct or incorrect answers.

How long it takes: There are currently 61 items on the survey. As you become familiar with the categories it will be easier to answer quickly. If a word doesn't seem to belong to any category, simply choose "I don't know" and continue. We appreciate you taking your time to help us improve PICO.

*Note about language. This survey asks you to identify which country you come from. This is intended as a measure of your native language. Please choose the country that best represents your first/native language, even if your nationality happens to be different.
