The PICO profiler is an online instrument intended for people who live or work in an intercultural environment. It is used to create a PICO Profile, an individualized analysis of how you deal with the challenges of interacting with people from other cultural backgrounds.The PICO profiler is used as an educational tool for intercultural training and coaching, and as a self-assessment tool.

How can I find out my PICO profile?

Tthe PICO  Profiler  is available online for free. It provides you with a basic analysis of your intercultural learning style. (Learn more.) The profile is most useful when it is used as part of training or coaching.

How do I know what the profile means?

A certified PICO trainer can create a personalized professional analysis of your PICO profile. This is usually done as part of intercultural training, and may involve a personalized written report (see sample),and/or individualized coaching. (More about professional services.)
